Why Groups Help
When experiences are shared, isolation decreases and hope grows. Group counseling blends professional guidance with peer support, creating a structured environment to learn coping skills, receive feedback, and practice communication in real time. Many clients combine groups with individual therapy for extra momentum.
Group Topics
Groups typically run 8–12 weeks and meet weekly or bi-weekly in small cohorts for safety and participation.
