POSITION: Automotive Repair Instructor
JOB DESCRIPTION: TechForce Counseling & Community Services (TFCCS) is seeking an experienced and passionate Automotive Repair Instructor to join our team. As an Automotive Repair Instructor, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive training to individuals aspiring to develop skills in automotive maintenance and repair. Your role will involve designing curriculum materials, conducting practical demonstrations, and fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. DUTIES: - Develop and deliver automotive repair training programs based on industry standards and best practices. - Design and implement engaging lesson plans covering fundamental principles and advanced techniques in automotive maintenance and repair. - Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises to enhance participants' understanding and proficiency in automotive repair. - Provide individualized support and guidance to participants to ensure successful comprehension and application of automotive repair concepts. - Stay current with automotive industry trends, technologies, and safety protocols, incorporating relevant updates into the training curriculum. - Collaborate with the education team to assess participant progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed. - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and skill development.
