POSITION: Licensed Professional Counselor
JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Licensed Professional Counselor at TechForce Counseling & Community Services (TFCCS), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality counseling services to individuals and families within our community. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to address a variety of mental health concerns. Additionally, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for our clients. DUTIES: - Conduct individual and group counseling sessions. - Perform mental health assessments to identify client needs. - Develop and implement effective treatment plans. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. - Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and psychologists, to coordinate care. - Stay informed about current developments in the field of counseling.
