POSITION: IT Instructor
JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable IT Instructor to join our team at TechForce Counseling & Community Services (TFCCS). As an IT Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality instruction to our program participants. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and conducting IT training sessions, developing curriculum materials, and providing hands-on guidance to enhance the technical skills of our learners. DUTIES: - Develop and deliver IT training programs in accordance with established curriculum standards. - Create engaging and interactive learning materials to facilitate effective instruction. - Provide individualized support and guidance to participants to ensure comprehension and skill development. - Stay abreast of industry trends and updates to incorporate relevant information into the training curriculum. - Collaborate with the education team to assess participant progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed. - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and skill retention.
