POSITION: Licensed Practical Nurse
JOB DESCRIPTION: TechForce Counseling & Community Services (TFCCS) is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality healthcare services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being of our clients. DUTIES: - Assist registered nurses and healthcare providers in delivering patient care. - Administer medications and document dosage and frequency accurately. - Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring timely reporting of any abnormalities. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. - Provide basic wound care and assist with medical procedures as needed. - Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. - Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and medication management. - Adhere to infection control and safety protocols. - Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall care plan.
