TechForce Counseling & Community Services, Inc (TFCCS) is committed to supporting successful completion of our base level or introductory level of computer technology, also known as IT (Information Technology), is often referred to as "IT Fundamentals" or "IT Basics." This level focuses on providing a foundational understanding of various aspects of computer technology and its applications. TFCCS instructors will cover fundamental concepts, terminology, and skills necessary to work with computers and technology systems.    At the introductory level of IT, you will learn about topics such as:

•  Computer hardware
•  Operating systems
•  Software applications
•  Networking
•  Internet and web technologies
•  Data storage and management
•  Information security 
•  Troubleshooting and problem-solving

 TFCCS introductory level of IT is designed to provide a solid foundation for further learning and specialization in various areas of computer technology. It is suitable for beginners who have little to no prior knowledge of computers and technology. As you progress, they will explore more advanced topics and specialize in specific areas of IT, such as programming, networking, cybersecurity, or database management.
