POSITION: Nurse Practitioner
JOB DESCRIPTION: TechForce Counseling & Community Services (TFCCS) is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. DUTIES: - Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations. - Diagnose and treat common illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions. - Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. - Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness, adjusting treatment plans as needed. - Provide health education and counseling to clients on preventive care and lifestyle modifications. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and counselors, to coordinate holistic patient care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. - Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of healthcare policies and procedures. CPR and ACLS certifications. - Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a healthcare setting. - Familiarity with mental health and counseling services is a plus. - Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
