POSITION: Licensed Professional of Mental Health
JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Licensed Professional of Mental Health at TechForce Counseling & Community Services (TFCCS), you will play a key role in providing high-quality mental health services to individuals seeking support. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and collaborating with a diverse team of professionals to enhance the overall mental health program. You will work with clients to address a variety of mental health concerns and contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive environment. DUTIES: - Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine clients' needs and goals. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices. - Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. - Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers. - Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards. - Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and team meetings. - Stay informed about advancements in the field of mental health and integrate new techniques into practice. QUALIFICATIONS: - Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. - Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker. - Experience in providing mental health services, preferably in a clinical setting. - Ongoing commitment to professional development and continuing education. - Adherence to ethical guidelines and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
