POSITION: HVAC Instructor
JOB DESCRIPTION: TechForce Counseling & Community Services (TFCCS) is seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Instructor to join our team. As an HVAC Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive and hands-on training to individuals seeking to develop skills in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) field. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing instructional materials, providing practical demonstrations, and fostering a positive learning environment. DUTIES: - Develop and deliver HVAC training programs based on industry standards and best practices. - Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cover fundamental principles and advanced techniques in HVAC systems. - Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises to enhance participants' understanding and skills. - Provide individualized support and guidance to participants to ensure successful comprehension and application of HVAC concepts. - Stay current with industry trends, codes, and regulations, incorporating relevant updates into the training curriculum. - Collaborate with the education team to assess participant progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed. - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and skill development.
