TechForce Counseling & Community Services, Inc. (TFCCS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals as they transition from incarceration back into our community. We are excited to announce our upcoming Thanksgiving Feast and Celebration on November 16, 2024, at the Wilmington Public Library, located at 10 East 10th St, Wilmington, DE. This special event is designed to honor those who were released from prison in 2023 and 2024 and are now making a positive impact in our community. We invite their families, friends, and community members to join in a traditional Thanksgiving meal in an atmosphere of support, gratitude, and celebration.
Our feast will feature a buffet-style dinner, live music, inspirational speakers, and storytelling sessions where attendees can share their journeys, reflect on their successes, and express gratitude for the opportunities they've embraced. The event will also include a benediction led by a respected Reverend, as well as representatives from the Delaware Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS). Each guest will leave with a small gift bag as a token of appreciation for their presence and contribution. |
Fundraising Goal: $50,000 to Support Scholarships and Educational Opportunities
